		<description>congratulations,  I was feeling like quitting because i feel sore all over but your blog inspires me.  I am 35 and single and like you have managed to get from 195 to 173.  I don't have support though but it is okay.  Well for me it was day 1 chest and back.  TIP!  for the push ups i use one knee and one straight leg.  i hoping that this way i can graduate to men pushups.  with the bands just make sure you are far away from the door.  KEEP IT UP!!!!</description>
